JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking the most enthusiastic, can-do experienced marketing professional to join our team! While the ideal candidate for this role will be a marketing all-rounder, we also require the candidate to have graphic design skills including InDesign and video editing.

The successful candidate will work with Local and Global design team on conceptualizing new product messaging and information into compelling art within proposal or project/brand guidelines. They will develop presentations, brochures, posters and other collateral materials.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and resourceful team player who can comfortably working on a large team of highly motivated individuals within Clients global innovation lab network.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative digital video content on a regular basis.
  • Produce and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
  • Develop collateral materials including brochures, postcards, banners, posters etc.
  • Develop presentations for digital/online viewing
  • Act as the single point of contact for graphics-related efforts on proposals documents.
  • Provide graphics and enhancement support to develop client-ready collaterals.
  • Create visuals, illustrations and animations based on the requirements provided by client teams.
  • Perform desktop publishing tasks.
  • Maintain graphics and art repository for sharing with proposal teams.
  • Ensure all graphics and art are designed and/or updated to meet visual identity criteria.
  • Assist with electronic publishing for all required material, including requirements, status reports and quality reviews.
  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional approach at all times.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge / Experience

  • Strong creative graphic design ability.
  • Strong knowledge of artwork production for large scale graphics and print collateral.
  • Experience working as part of a team alongside art directors and senior designers.
  • A proven record of growing the reach of a brand.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners.
  • The ability to learn about and understand the product and experiences.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Strong technical skills including in relation to digital marketing and design are a must.
    Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong understanding of visual design principles.
  • Aptitude for creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a structured approach to the design process.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Creative problem solver comfortable with working in rapidly evolving landscape and projects loaded with uncertainty.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups from senior stakeholders and clients to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects InDesign, and Acrobat).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio and desktop publishing capabilities.
  • A bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualifications (Facilitation / Design Thinking desirable)
  • Experience working with innovative and emerging technology is desirable.
  • Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
