Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Security Access Administrator to work on-site at its large office in Barnwood, Gloucester. Reporting to the Company Security Manager, the Security Access Administrator is required on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) on a job-share basis.

The role provides essential back-office administrative support to the Company Security Manager in delivering Company Security management services to the client's stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

*Carry out administrative duties as directed by the Company Security Manager.
*Be responsible for a range of core administrative duties specific to the post holder.
*Work to a high quality and consistent standard to ensure data and records accuracy in line with the Project objectives and time-lines.
*Deal with direct enquiries from stakeholders received by telephone, email and general day to day interaction.
*Interact with employees face to face during the administration of the issue of new site access passes.
*Liaise with suppliers and external bodies in the course of carrying out administrative duties.
*Control of the new database - remove leavers, add new users and adjust data based records and personal information.
*Recommend improvements to administration and access control management system processes from time to time.

Skills and Experience Required:

*Good level of computer skills, for example, database administration, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
*Ability to quickly learn and administer new software systems.
*Proven office administration skills
*Able to work with own initiative, whilst also being a team-player.
*Excellent communication skills necessary for liaising with all stakeholders, suppliers and external bodies.
*Flexible and willing to cover other team roles when required.
