We are looking for agents with meticulous customer service skills to work on an exciting project with one of our clients, a multinational IT outsourcing company based in Dublin 3.
*Please note that there are two rotational shifts: 2pm-11pmand 11pm-6am Monday - Sunday (5 days a week). A shift allowance of 20% of your salary will be allocated to you for working these hours.*
What you will be doing:
- Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
- Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
What you need:
- Customer Service experience
- Fully fluent English
- Call centre experience preferred
- Attention to detail
