CNC Lathe - nights

We are recruiting for an apprentice trained machinist with Lathe experience for a permanent role in Leeds, working a night shift Monday to Thursday. The company are a well-established engineering manufacturer with an excellent reputation in the industry.

Your role will involve programming and operating a CNC lathe, working a night shift you will have limited support so will have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will mainly be manufacturing one offs with some small batch work, working on a wide variety of materials includes duplex, carbon steel and brass. You will be manufacturing small components such as sleeves, rings and bushes that will primarily be used with the oil and gas industry. Candidates with manual lathe experience and the ability to program will also be of interest.
