A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a growing contact centre team providing a consistently excellent and proactive service, managing and exceeding customers expectations.

We offer a great package including £8.97ph, working days Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Have excellent computer skills with a keen eye for detail

Essential skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
