Resourcer

An exciting oppurtunity to join an international Blue-Chip company as a resourcer in their busy recruitment department.

You will be fully responsible for sourcing for suitable candidates using a variety of methods, including: in-house databases, external search engines, referrals and advertisements. As a Resourcer you will be deciding a candidate's suitability for job vacancies via Assessments and Pre-screening candidates on the phone. Developing key internal and external client relationships throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. We need someone with excellent communication skills and some one who is a team player.

This role is an ongoing full-time temp role. 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Some experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
