Remote support to INA Site Teams is part of the role and therefore excellent interpersonal skills are a necessity in order to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.

The individual will form part of a wider business support team and will occasionally be required to take ownership for and complete small projects as set by the Business Support Team Lead. In addition, some support / absence cover to other team members will be required.

Main duties include:

  • Proactively manages the Regional Managers diaries, manages / resolves conflicts, schedules appointments, provides meeting documentation in a timely manner and arranges UK and overseas travel as required
  • Arranges external meetings and events to include attendance from external personnel.
  • Prepares and submits expense / reconciliation reports on behalf of the Regional Managers
  • Prepares and circulates monthly accountability information, tracks actions and proactively follows up on outstanding issues
  • Attends and plays an active part in INA meetings, attends pre-meetings, takes actions, circulates post meeting and follows up as required.
  • Management of staff training records and role profiles, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Compilation and circulation of weekly reports and team brief information
  • Organises itinerary and induction material for new INA recruits
  • Assists with the maintenance and update of INA procedures
  • Provides daily ad hoc support to the INA Site Teams, based remotely at each of the 8 Nuclear Generation Power Stations
  • Ownership and completion of small projects as set by the INA Business Support Team Lead

Skillset:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a necessity.
  • Good quality English language and excellent written communication skills, with a good understanding of English grammar and attention to detail.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office products (e.g. Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) is required, along with excellent organisational skills

Additional Information:

Please note that this role is a full-time role (37 hours per week) and the successful candidate will be working for Manpower on an ongoing assignment with our client. Successful candidates will be required to undergo BPSS checks.
