My Client is a leading Construction Company based here in Dublin, they build high end homes in prime locations throughout Ireland and abroad.

Due to a sharp increase in new business they now have an opening for a Site Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Engineer to make their mark and develop their career within the Engineering team. The Site Engineer reports directly to the Senior Site Engineer, Site Manager and Project Manager.

This company has many residential sites currently in operation at various levels of completion with additional projects beginning. The Site Engineer will cover residential sites in the greater Dublin area.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a very attractive salary package

The Role of the Site Engineer:
*Monitor and evaluate quality control for sub-contractor's work
*Coordinating site drawings
*Setting out for: Subcontractors i.e. giving the gridlines / levels to groundwork or RC frame
*Setting out for: Foundations, Floor slabs, Block laying, Services and Civil Works
*Setting out for: House Plots on housing projects and issuing the surveys to solicitors
*Setting out for: Supervision and monitoring of ground works and civil engineering contractors
*Setting out for: Supervision and monitoring of concrete frame contractors
*RC frame experience desirable with residential and/or contracting background
*Develop strong relationships with sub-contractors to deliver the desired outputs-on time and on budget, with high attention to quality and detail
*Maintain site records and quality assurance documentation
*Work within budget guidelines
*Work with management and H&S to assist with monitoring all Health and Safety issues.

Your Skills and Experience:
*Minimum of 2-to 3 years' work experience in a similar role.
*HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification
*Track record of achieving quality targets, deadlines and working in a fast paced demanding working environment
*Good communication skills both written and verbal.
*Someone who is methodical, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Be able to work with and communicate with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
*Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
*Have experience managing, co-ordinating a number of different projects at the same time.
*Take ownership of projects and tasks and deliver on time to a high level of quality
*Ensure clear lines of communication are maintained with decision makers at all times.
