And we offer our own brands of credit cards too. Whether you’re answering a call from someone who has a question about their account, or reviewing the application of someone who’d like to sign up for one of our services – you’ll deliver fantastic customer service that’s helpful and understanding. It’s as simple as that.

Don’t worry if you’re new to this type of work, that’s not a problem at all. We’ll give you full training and ongoing support, so you’ll be fully equipped with everything you need to know right from day one.

You’ll receive a starting salary of £18,000 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week). You’ll have the opportunity to increase your salary to up to £18,500 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week) after 6 months, then up to £19,000 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week) after 12 months through our development programme, ASPIRE. On top of this, there’s a discretionary annual bonus of 7.5% of your salary. What kind of person are we looking for? In short, we’re looking for a real people person. Naturally you’ll be a great communicator and a great listener, but you’ll also be passionate about delivering first class customer service and helping NewDay to achieve their aims of helping people be better with credit.

Starting 7th October, you will need to commit to Monday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm for six weeks paid training, then fixed shifts, Monday to Friday between the hours of 4pm to 9pm. However, if you are unable to commit to this start date, we have a further intake 4th November.

Because of the nature of what we do, you’ll also need to pass a credit and criminal record check.
