Customer Service Advisor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor in Witney. The role is 30 hours per week working Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00 at £9.42 per hour. This position is Temp to Perm after a 12-week period. You will need to be flexible and for peak periods (maximum 7 weeks) you will be required to work 5 days per week taking the time back as additional holiday.
What the role involves:
- Data entry and task completion
- Investigating queries, filling and chasing orders.
- Establishing new customer relations
- Providing excellent customer service when communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- Establishing maximum customer retention by making outbound calls
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have experience within a customer's service environment
- Experience communicating via telephone and email
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Work well within a team
- Time management skills
