Manpower is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client, based in Inverness
Working 35 hours per week .

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Report to a Team Leader
* Provide 1st line support for the service desk
* Answer calls to the service desk effectively
* Assign calls to relevant support teams
* Action back office requests as and when required
* Advise clients and support teams of known problems and workarounds
* Ensure users are updated with the progress of their call/change

The ideal candidate will have:

* Good PC skills - including a basic knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent customer care skills
* Good IT knowledge
* Good analytical skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* The ability to retain knowledge effectively
* Team player skills, with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients
* Analytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detail
