Account Manager
We are currently seeking a permanent Account Manager in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, Package circa £40k Basic, plus 40. Benefit package TBC, please see below for more information;
Job Purpose:
To proactively manage and grow existing Avaya Aura customer accounts passed over due to being orphaned or surplus, to generate new orders and income
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
1.Achieve personal and group targets set and agreed
2.Confidently build rapport and relations with existing customer base
3.Upsell reflective of customer requirements and quote to customers accordingly
4.Follow up on quotations with a view to converting to orders
5.Regularly carry out customer reviews/follow ups to ensure all telephony requirements are captured
6.Ensure the company database is updated as required
7.Seek supplier quotations to reflect customer requests/orders, ensuring they are cost and timeframe effective to the customer quotation
8.Liaise with project management & engineering teams to fulfil customer orders & projects within the timeframe expected
Additional Responsibilities & Tasks:
1.Weekly pipeline/prospect figure reporting
2.Attendance at weekly sales meeting
3.Management of opportunities in CRM
Key Requirements:
1.Experience of managing customer accounts, ideally in an Avaya/VoIP or technology background
2.Strong interpersonal skills
3.An effective communicator
4.Excellent networking skills
5.Computer literate
6.Use of Microsoft Office Applications
7.Hold a full (clean) driving licence
Role is Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, office based in Fleet.
