Customer Service Advisor - B2B Debt Resolution Team

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor within B2B Debt Resolution, you will be speaking with business customers who have outstanding bills and will work with them to set up a method of getting their account back on track. Sometimes you'll take inbound calls; other times, you'll be contacting the customer yourself outbound dialling. Either way, you'll build a positive relationship with each customer, supporting them in identifying a way to move forward and resolve their account.

You'll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent E.ON employee at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:

  • Initially the pay will be £8.24 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £9.75 per hour, with the chance for it to later rise to £11.32 per hour.
  • You'll qualify for an annual bonus scheme.
  • You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)
  • There's good transport links nearby, an onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, and a free drinks vending machine.


About you:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

Our contact centre is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, you would be expected to be flexible within these times.
