Multilingual Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 per annum
Edinburgh
Do you speak any of the following languages fluently and are keen to create a long-term career within the travel industry?
English (Night Shift), Russian, German, French, Polish, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch
If so then I have a great opportunity based in a beautiful modern office within Edinburgh town centre.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all inquiries for both national and international customer (within the language that you speak)
- Provide excellent customer service within a timely manner
- Record all data and manage the internal systems regarding administration
- Record and manage any complaints
- Provide high levels of accuracy in both inbound and outbound communications
- Ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Fluent in at least one of the languages listed above
Hours:
- The company is open Monday to Sunday of which you will work 5 days. Shift rota basis available.
