Full Time Contact Centre Outbound Communicator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Contact Centre team as a Outbound Pre-Sales & Marketing Communicator.

We offer a great package with a salary of £21,000 working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days Monday-Sunday on a rota basis between the hours of 8:30-22:00.

What the role involves:

• Building excellent relationships with customers who have requested further information or are interested in the product
• Assisting customers with any queries and giving the different options that they have
• Communicating with both the inbound team and the dealership team with any customer queries
• Supporting with Inbound calls
• Offering outstanding customer service via phone and email

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
• Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
• Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
• Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
• Work well within a team

Essential skills:

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
• Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
