Full Time Contact Centre Care Advisor - Fixed Term
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Care Advisor on a Fixed Term basis. - anticipated end date 31/12/19
We offer a great package with a salary of £17,500 working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30-19:00 on a rota basis working 1 in 4 weekends, Saturday hours 9-1 with time in lieu.
What the role involves:
- Handling customer queries through phone, email, live chat and social media
- Dealing with queries in a fast and professional manner
- Problem solving
- Communicating with other department regarding customer queries
- Investigating and identifying issues to help resolve queries in an efficient manner
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
- Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
- Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
- Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
- Work well within a team
Essential skills:
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
- Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
- A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
