Customer Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor in Witney. The role is 30 hours per week working Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00 at £9.42 per hour. This position is Temp to Perm after a 12-week period. You will need to be flexible and for peak periods (maximum 7 weeks) you will be required to work 5 days per week taking the time back as additional holiday.

What the role involves:

  • Data entry and task completion
  • Investigating queries, filling and chasing orders.
  • Establishing new customer relations
  • Providing excellent customer service when communicating with customers over the phone and via email
  • Establishing maximum customer retention by making outbound calls

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have experience within a customer's service environment
  • Experience communicating via telephone and email
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Work well within a team
  • Time management skills
