An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator (Learning) based at their prestigious facility in Kingston. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6-9 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31600 and £35K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Background

As an organization, we believe that 'people with purpose' thrive. We are collaborating with the London School of Economics on a ground-breaking study with the aim of quantifying the business impact of helping people discover their purpose. This is a learning effectiveness measurement longitudinal study involving 3500 employees in 14 countries globally. The study is being conducted across the Learning and People Analytics team.

Impact of the study:

  • For our client: a proven method to measure the impact of a Learning intervention (scalable to other interventions) & robust business case for purpose
  • For Society: first robust study into the positive impact of purpose in individuals lives in a work context

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for ensuring that all project tasks are executed on time and in line with the agreed study methodology for each in scope country throughout the study period
  • Supporting the global core project team and the local markets with the steps that need to be taken. Countries are at different stages in the project so tasks will be varied dependent on the country you are working with.
  • Operational project coordination
  • Most of your work will be self-directed within the bounds of the project plan and scope which are already locked down.
  • Set up and management of Project team meetings
  • Management of action tracker
  • Progress updates for the Project team and key stakeholders / decision makers
  • Track & manage the progress of all steps in project flow
  • Ensure actions are followed up in a timely manner
  • Flag any progress risks
  • Engage additional team members as necessary
  • Information storage & maintenance
  • Collecting, cleansing, updating and monitoring data for an accurate effectiveness measurement
  • Establish close relationships with several countries around the world
  • Regular follow up of roll out plans with each country
  • Regular advice and support to each country lead on the administration of the project
  • Support each country providing key resources
  • Provide countries with guidance throughout the project
  • Ensure project ground rules are being followed.
  • Quality control for each learning intervention (format, duration, facilitation…)
  • Provide resources, advise about preparation and support local facilitators
  • Quality control for learner messages, invites, learning format, etc
