Manpower are currently looking for Customer Service Staff to work for a leading UK Mail company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading flagship company within the driving and logistics industry with their busiest period just a couple months away. Successful applicants will also benefit from the excellent rates of pay on offer, after completing 12 weeks of work the hourly rate increases to £12.86
The role is very much customer focused, to help deliver the great customer satisfaction that they have built their reputation on.
Answering phone calls on a daily basis, solving issues independent, assisting colleagues and deliver the best customer service.
Full induction will be carried out prior to starting work. We will need to complete the in house Vetting which is the equivalent to a Basic DBS check on your behalf prior to starting.
Successful candidates must have previous Customer Service experience.
Candidates who are willing to be flexible and reliable to help us provide the best support we can to our client. Due to the nature of industry the shifts are 7 days a week and you may be asked to cover shifts on short notice.
