A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a growing contact centre team providing a consistently excellent and proactive service, managing and exceeding customers expectations.

We offer a great package with a starting salary of £18,000 working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm on a rota basis working 1 in 4 weekends Saturday hours 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm with time of in lieu during the week.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
• Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
• Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
• Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
• Work well within a team

Essential skills:

• Using your technical expertise, you will assist your customer through first line diagnostics,
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
• Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
