Contact Centre Quality Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quality Executive to join our clients team based here in Thame. We offer an excellent package including a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

As a Senior Quality Executive, you will be the quality expert for your team and will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, driving measurable improvement against predefined qualitative areas, creating bespoke improvement plans for our customer service executives and giving detailed and constructive feedback to each team member for them to proactively improve.
You will be required to support the Team Leader with coaching and training of the team to ensure that they perform to the best of their abilities, interact with all customers in a professional and exceptional manner. You will ensure that they work in conjunction with our Client's quality approved frameworks and systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have experience in people development, mentoring and coaching
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Have experience of working in automotive sales- preferred
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Are computer literate with a basic knowledge of 'office applications'
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Are passionate about developing teams to achieve the best results possible

Essential skills:

  • Using your technical expertise, you will assist your customer through first line diagnostics,
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
