Manpower are currently working with a leading engineering company who specialise in bespoke fabrications for the Subsea, Oil and Gas and Renewable Sectors. As a result of their continued success they are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the company.

Working with the Company Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the increase in sales to achieve/exceed budgeted targets through the proactive development of new customer business and key account development. You will identify new clients and business opportunities, you will generate and report market intelligence, and play an active part in overseeing contracts for new and returning customers. You will work with the commercial team to ensure a that bids/quotes reflect the companies WIN Strategy.

The successful candidate will need to be driven, autonomous and adaptable in their sales approach, with the ability to design and deliver a growth strategy in partnership with the Director. You will have previous experience of working within fabrication companies and understand the product offering. You will be able to generate new orders based on the delivery capabilities of the fabrication facility.
