Manpower is currently recruiting for an intake of Fraud Specialists on behalf of our client, a large financial services corporation based in Brighton. This is a temporary ongoing role with Manpower for 6 months. Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, Sunday 09:00 - 17:00.

Key Responsibilities

To protect card members and the organisation from Identity theft, along with minimising fraud loss exposure to the business by identifying accounts that were obtained through fraudulent applications, which are either pre or post approved; and identifying American Express Accounts that have been opened or taken over by fraudsters. Our investigations into these potential ID fraud cases are crucial to prevent potential ID fraud, whilst ensuring you are following company processes and compliance.

Also spotting fraud trends and potential fraud rings that could be targeting the organisation and their customers.
