Manpower are on the hunt for a trainee account manager to work for a company based just south of Cambridge.

This role is perfect for someone who brings a large ammount of qualities to a wide ranging role. As a Trainee Account manager you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and supporting them in areas such as, marketing and sales strategy, helping the existing account managers liaise with their clients.

The role has been created for someone to support the overall sales and marketing strategies. Marketing and Sales are closely aligned so the company needs to offer a coherent marketing message across all areas of the business whilst still supporting their sales strategy and direction. This role provides to opportunity to work within exciting areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Deep Learning etc. A trainee account manager is essential to the long to growth of this company and ensuring that it reaches its goals.

What We Need From You..

• Very strong organisational skills with a customer orientated approach
• Ability to translate sales requirements into marketing support
• Strong understanding of use of social media
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Creative Influence and flair
• Ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team

What You Get In Return..

• A salary of between £20,000 and £30,000 dependant on experience
