Your job will be:
- Taking full responsibility for end to end recruitment for assigned roles
- Attracting candidates through innovative and creative recruitment methods, utilising multiple sourcing tools
- Evaluating candidate´s skills, experience and suitability through screening processes
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the process
- Working closely with clients to understand their business, identifying successful candidate profiles and personality fit for a variety of different teams
- Meeting with the hiring managers, running progress meetings, debriefs and candidate interviews
- Meeting with the hiring managers on a weekly basis and running progress meetings, debriefs and candidate interviews
To be a good fit you need:
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive results
- Overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
