This is a brand-new Account Management role, that you could put your mark on!
Our Client is growing their Sales team and to support they are looking for an experienced Account Manager. You would have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the Telecoms Industry, ideally within an Avaya/VoIP background
Your main objective will be:
- To proactively manage and grow existing Avaya Aura customer accounts passed over due to being orphaned or surplus, to generate new orders and income
- Achieve personal and group targets set and agreed
- Confidently build rapport and relations with existing customer base
- Upsell reflective of customer requirements and quote to customers accordingly
- Follow up on quotations with a view to converting to orders
- Regularly carry out customer reviews/follow ups to ensure all telephony requirements are captured
- Ensure the company database is updated as required
- Seek supplier quotations to reflect customer requests/orders, ensuring they are cost and timeframe effective to the customer quotation
- Liaise with project management & engineering teams to fulfil customer orders & projects within the timeframe expected
