An opportunity exists for a Programme Analyst within the Nuclear Skills Alliance based at Barnwood. The successful applicant will provide administrative and analytical support for the Nuclear Skills Alliance and supported Training Programmes.

This role provides analytical and reporting support to the Nuclear Skills Alliance Training Specialists, this typically would involve the analysis of data to aid training committees and training management make informed decisions regarding training business.

  • Co-ordinate and produce reports to a defined reporting cycle
  • Collate, analyse and report training and performance data, plans and trends.
  • Produce quarterly organisational learning reports.
  • Produce key metrics for training oversight committees.
  • Data pack preparation for key performance and training oversight committees.
  • Respond to additional data analysis requests.
  • Support use of the companies Corrective Action Programme (CAP) within the Nuclear Skills Alliance; Maintain oversight of corrective actions set, update action management system (AMS) and trackers as directed.
  • Implement changes to the architecture of training roles within SAP (company training compliance tool).
    • Create, update and end date roles in SAP
    • Highlight and investigate any potential SAP architecture issues or errors
    • Support regular SAP outages including preparation activities
  • Update training records
  • Identify opportunities to drive more value from data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Competent with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in analysis of data
  • Experience in data reporting
  • Proven report writing skills
  • Strong and effective communicator
  • Possesses effective influencing skills
  • Extremely organised and able to multi-task

Desirable skills

  • Experience of SAP (local training will be provided)
