Fleet Account Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Contact Centre team as a Fleet Account Executive.

We offer a great package with a salary of £20,000 working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

What the role involves:

  • Becoming a brand expert enabling you to promote the brand
  • Meeting and exceeding given targets on generating appointments
  • Building close working relationships with both business and private clients
  • Combination of prospecting and tele-account management
  • Manage Field Team appointments by communicating on a regular basis
  • Communicating with all stakeholders via phone, email and social media.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
  • Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
  • Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
  • Work well within a team
