Manpower are working alongside a new to market Financial Services Client who want to give those with an impaired credit profile the green light to enable them to walk on to a dealer's forecourt with confidence, helping them get behind the wheel in no time!

Customer Service Agents take inbound customer calls and handle a range of queries, as well as taking payments, dealing with complaints and assisting with payment related questions. There are some outbound calls chasing payments and discussing payment plans for customers in financial difficulties.

You will complete comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills required to become a competent member of their team! Ongoing training a development will be rewarded with incremental salary increases which over a 2 year period should see you achieve a basic salary of £22,000 pro-rata PLUS an achievable monthly bonus of up to £450.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail in order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensures full knowledge and use of the policies and procedures developed for compliance with Treating Customers Fairly
  • Deals with customer queries, payment plans, payments and managing arrears and repossessions on Hire Purchase agreements
  • Deals appropriately with service quality and customer complaints
  • Handles both inbound and outbound calls from customers and third party agents
  • Displays the highest level of verbal and written communication
  • Achieves agreed targets and objectives
  • Advises and influences customers on the payment options for debt recovery
  • Handles calls promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly
  • Manages customers' expectations and, if required, arranges appointments
  • Takes responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly, and all parties are notified
