SAP Customer Calling Campaign: contacting SAP customers to proactively share information
Responsibilities
- Search for customer contact information in SAP internal systems
- Call customer to discuss a pre defined script and forward customer questions to relevant teams
- Create an activity in a CRM system and update the discussion with the customer
Profile
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Experienced in working within a team environment
-Flexibility in approach to daily tasks and shifts times
Please note, this is a temporary two month contract role for which you would be employed by Manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP.
