Manpower is looking for a Part time Onsite Agency Manager to join a busy Warehouse Client in Glasgow, G41.

The role offers, 8 hours per day, 3.5 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning) offering £10.50ph. With the potential of overtime available. It is a temporary contract with the potential for extension.

The role will require a confident, friendly individual who is able to take the lead in Recruitment activity each day delivering Health & Safety, liaising with candidates who are applying for work. Attention to detail is key for reviewing ID Documentation and carrying out Interviews.

There will be a detailed internal training process, with additional external training where available. Experience in Recruitment is preferred, but not essential.

Job Role:

  • Customer Service - To develop and deliver a professional and courteous service and relationship with the hiring client based on the provision of excellent customer service and the effective operation of a client specific Service Level Agreement.
  • Labour Supply & Supervision - To ensure all workers comply with site rules, workwear rules; arriving on the shop floor on time, returning promptly after breaks and leaving site on time and in an orderly manner.
  • Induction & Training - To ensure that all workers are fully briefed, inducted and trained on site rules, hygiene, quality, safety issues and job specific requirements as applicable in line with the hiring client's instructions and requirements.
  • Worker Support - To engage and minimise queries by supporting workers with day to day work related issues to ensure that labour problems and disputes are minimised.
  • Payroll - Ensure workers hours are correctly entered on the system and raise any queries with the client portal system.
  • Additional - Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post considered appropriate by the Company that may be allocated to you from time to time.

Person Specification:

  • Good customer service, organisational and planning skills
  • IT Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, positive and friendly nature
  • Proactive approach to problem solving both client and worker issues
  • A strong team player who is flexible in the working approach
  • Be able to work under pressure to tight timescale whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
