Manpower are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to lead a team of skilled Receptionists
In your role, you will deal with clients and colleagues in an efficient and helpful manner and promote the clients services and facilities at every opportunity in order for them to achieve its overall objectives.
As a member of the management team you are required to participate in the Duty Management role.
The Role
To be responsible for the smooth running of the Reception Department in line with company policy and to provide a high standard of customer care at all times.
- Lead and Manage the Reception Team in establishing, maintaining, reviewing and improving consistent high standards of products and services to our customers
- To have full knowledge of the Opera, Switchboard, PDQ system, filing systems and all other equipment based in reception. To control any Maintenance up dates of Opera
- Provide a reception service to guests for enquiries, reservations, arrivals, departures and cancellations
About You
Ideally we are looking for at least 2 years Reception or Senior Hotel Management experience. The successful candidate will need to have Opera System experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this role when interacting with both guests and colleagues
- You will be able to demonstrate the relevant competencies from experience in a Reception Manger role or transferable skills from a comparable role.
Hours - 40 Hours per week 5 days out of 7
7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm
