HR Advisor

My client one of the largest telecommunication organisations based in Aztec West is seeking a professional advisor to join their team as soon as possible.

This role is phone based and you will be required to advise on policy and procedure to Managers and staff across the the business.

Experience in providing first class customer service is essential couple with the ability to pick things up quickly

If you are currently studying CIPD or already have the qualification this will be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Some of your duties will include but not limited too

Providing first class customer service to all internal Managers and staff

Dealing with highly confidential material and information on a daily basis

Updating systems

Dealing with all incoming calls

Advising on policy and procedure

General off administration

Keeping record and updating personnel files

Data Entry

Sending out correspondence

Dealing within incoming and outgoing emails
