SALES LEAD GENERATOR

THAME

£20,000 PER ANNUM + 12% PERFORMANCE BONUS

MONDAY - FRIDAY - 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Company/Role Overview

  • My client are an award winning, omnichannel, outsourced sales agency, with a proven track record for increasing sales around the world. They use insight to influence and drive sales through their specialist field sales teams, contact centres and digital marketing solutions.
  • This role would be working on behalf of Nissan and will involve generating leads from new and existing companies to sell them the benefits of using Nissan products.
  • Once the lead has been obtained; you will then pass this over to the Field Salesperson who will meet with the company to finalise the deal.

Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Lead Generator to join our team working for a leading automotive company, Nissan. We offer an amazing package including a salary of £20,000 with 12% performance related bonus, Working hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and excellent employee benefits including option to buy additional holiday (up to 5days), flexi benefit scheme to tailor your needs, free on-site parking and free summer ball to name but a few.

  • As a lead generator you will become a brand expert enabling you to promote the Nissan brand as well as meeting and exceeding given targets on generating appointments.
  • Through training and continued development you will build close working relationships with both business and private clients in order to better understand their requirements which will enable you to identify opportunities for up sell and / or cross sell which will be achieved through a combination of prospecting and tele-account management.
  • You will need to manage Field Team appointments by communicating on a regular basis.
  • Communicating with all stakeholders through a variety of channels including inbound and outbound calls, emails and social media, providing excellent customer service throughout are all essential elements of the role.
  • There will also be admin tasks to complete so a keen eye for detail, accurate data-capturing and clear communication skills are of the up most importance. You will need to respond to stakeholders in a timely fashion managing your own inboxes and ensuring all communications are responded too.
  • You will work to team and individual targets in line with the client requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Have previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service first time every time
  • Have the confidence to follow up on sales opportunities and are able to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have previous experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Have previous experience or a keen interest/ knowledge of the automotive industry
