Vehicle Mechanic

Manpower is recruiting for a Vehicle Mechanic on behalf of a leading construction and civil engineering firm.

We are looking for a qualified Vehicle Mechanic who will join the internal fleet maintenance division based in Belfast.

The successful person will carry out mechanical repairs and servicing to a varied fleet of vehicles including cars, vans and 4x4 vehicles.

The role will involve diagnosing faults, carrying out vehicle inspections and PSV/ MOT preparation

You will complete required paperwork and keep up good health and safety standards

What we are looking for:

Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Repair or equivalent

Mechanical experience working on vehicles within a workshop

Ability to diagnose and repair problems effectively

Good communicator with attention to detail

Can work to tight deadlines and on own initiative

Full driving license
