Manpower are pleased to be recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator on behalf of our client based in Luton. Our client is looking for 2 candidates to fill the vacancies starting with immediate effect. These are both temporary roles leading to permanent employment!

Job Title: Order Processing Administrator - Immediate start!

Salary: £9 per Hour

Hours of work: Hours of work will be 09.00am to 17:30pm with one hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full end-to-end recruitment service to clients wishing to have one central point of contact
  • Provide contingency cover on all clients that use the Order Processing function
  • Ensure Operations fully understand the clients' individual servicing requirements
  • Upload all client orders (temp and perm) and CVs submitted, via internal and client portal systems
  • Arrange interviews, confirm offers and assign candidates via internal and client portal systems
  • Add PO numbers to temporary bookings
  • Process all temporary booking extensions and amendments
  • Ensure all orders are fully compliant within the clients' agreed SLA and distributed to the relevant branch contacts accordingly
  • Manage and action all pay/charge rate changes including uplifts, AWR (Agency Worker Regulations) and pensions
  • Process all TUPE transfers
  • Provide first line support to Clients and branches onto internal and external portals
  • Co-ordinate and monitor activity that adds value to all parties
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with appropriate client contacts through a structured approach
  • Work with the Account Managers to improve the Client and Operations knowledge and processes
  • Communication with the Compliance Team to ensure candidates are signed-off within agreed timescales
  • Communication with the Framework Collections Team to ensure POs are received and recorded on database in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain strong client and internal relationships (all levels) via telephone and email communication
  • Interpret instructions and any issues arising and then implement actions as required
  • Organise and attend training conference calls / meetings
  • Prepare for and attend client review meetings with the Account Managers
  • Ensure that all requests that come through from Operations are dealt with in a positive and solutions focused way
  • Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation
  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with client's values and standards
