An amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a HOT leading E- COMM RETAIL FASHION BRAND!!!

Responsibilities

* Support the development of the UK and International Digital Marketing strategy, working with the key platforms to deliver on various objectives; with focus on customer acquisition and retention, and support the Digital and Brand marketing strategies.

* Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid social, display, shopping and paid search campaigns from implementation to optimisation.

* Create UK and International markets specific weekly reports, analysing campaigns using various data sets.

* Liaising with Digital Marketing agencies to full support in campaign management and optimisation

* Work alongside the marketing team to ensure global strategy and learnings are shared in order to support and scale Paid Media marketing efforts globally and align to local promotional calendars.

* Adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all Digital Marketing activities.

Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

* Excellent understanding of PPC, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Ads and best practices

* Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads reporting

* Analytical mindset and critical thinking

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field

The Ideal Candidate

* You will have at least 2 years' experience from working within a Digital Marketing capacity, preferably within the retail ecommerce landscape.

* You'll demonstrate bags of ambition, acting as a proactive team member who is constantly asking questions and looks for ways to improve current activities.

* A confidence in interacting cross functionally with designers, merchandising teams, copywriters, marketing, and agencies is a must.
