We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant, this is working within a small team,
The key responsibilities are
Invoice Processing/Ordering Stock/inputting sales orders/answering the phone/ inputting orders/ and would include all general office duties to include filing/ housekeeping.
Having excellent computer skills (microsoft Excel/word etc). You would need to multitask and work under your own initiative with minimum supervision.
There is free parking on site.
The hours are Monday to Friday 07.30-16.00, this role is initially to start temporary but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
