A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Contact Centre team as a Sales Team Manager

We offer a great package with a salary of £27,000-£32,000 (DOE) working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with alternative Saturdays

As a Sales Team Manager you will manage a high performance team, delivering and exceeding sales targets and ensure that a premium service is provided to customers.

What the role involves:

• Managing a high performance team
• Delivering and exceeding sales targets and objectives

• Lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered to all customers
• Provide support to all team members to ensure personal development goals
• Provide support to all team members to ensure they are motivated

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
• Management experience
• Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
• Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
• Written and verbal skills
• Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
