Skilled Operative:

Job Purpose: To follow tasks set by the General Manager and complete them professionally and with precision while adhering to safety conditions and laws and environmental policies.

Salary: £20,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00am - 16:00pm (voluntary Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Follow safety conditions set by company and the government, such as wearing PPE's.

Complete all miscellaneous objectives such as daily/weekly/monthly cleaning.

Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in personal development.

Safe packing and strapping of materials in order for safe transit.

Counting and weighing materials for inwards/outwards journeys.

Ensure all relevant record keeping is maintained.

Responsible to follow company memorandum.

Quality control.

Sand Blasting/CNC Operating/Laser Cutting/Spraying

Previous experience working Stone/Granite will be extremely advantageous.

Implement Company ISO9001 quality policy and ISO1400 environmental policy and Ethical Trading Initiative policy.
