Loading Bay Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for experienced Loading Bay Operatives to work at our clients depot in Carlisle.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's largest express delivery companies as a Loading Bay Operative, working from Carlisle. This is one of our client's central hubs to their delivery network.

You will load and unload packages from company vehicles, scan, sort and label them as required and report any issues that arise - such as damaged packages or prohibited items and maintaining our clients excellent standard of service to their customers.

You will make sure all company standards, policies, procedures and agreements are adhered to, inline with your induction training. This will ensure all deliveries safely arrive at their final destination on-time and in an excellent condition.

We are looking for Loading Bay Operatives who have excellent attention to detail, combined with good communication and accuray skills. You will also be a team player who strives for improvement.

This is a temporary to permanent role with a payrate of £9 per hour and weekly pay. A number of shifts are available however you are expected to be fully flexible to meet the needs of the business.
