Wanted: IT & Software professionals (think) who have the experience of working within a Marketing environment.

Role: IT & Marketing Hybrid-ideal background would be Software Development with exposure to working in Marketing.

Client: Blue Chip Multi Services business, looking for someone to lead their Digital Transformation & Marketing Automation projects.

The Teams: Working across a Marketing department of circa 100 (split into 5 departments including Marcomms, Data Solutions and Sponsorship) and an IT team split into DevOps & Business As Usual. You will be working between these teams, as well as the wider Retail network.

Key Duties: Working with Key Stakeholders, Heads of Department and in particular IT & Marketing. You will be tasked with leading the Digital Asset Management D& Customer's Digital Journey. As well as this, you'll be involved in the technical delivery of Marketing Work Flow tools, Digital Asset Management, Sharepoint Development plus you'll support the on-going Marketing Platform

Location: Glasgow, with flexibility to work remotely and other offices
Salary: circa £50k, plus 10% bonus, plus benefits. This is negotiable.

Skills & Experience Required: A background similar to Software Development (ideally we're looking for a subject matter expert in HTML, Javascript & Workflow). Ideally you will have some exposure to Process Improvement tools (think Lean Six Sigma) and you will ideally have worked within an environment where you delivered Marketing automation projects or worked closely with Marketing teams.
