The role is outbound and inbound Customer Service Advisor working for our prestigious client. This is not a sales role, customers will have appointments to discuss services provided by our client, and you will be working in a vibrant Customer Contact Centre. You will be joining one of the specialist telephony teams within the risk and remediation unit. Your aim will be to provide an excellent customer experience on every call and update systems to ensure a fair outcome is delivered.
You must have fantastic customer service skills and a drive to deliver outstanding service on every call. You must possess excellent listening skills, attention to detail plus the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. Good computer skills are a must if you are to be successful in this role.
The role is based out of the Hardman Boulevard, Manchester City Centre in the centre of the Spinningfields area. There are plenty of places to grab some lunch or do a little shopping after work. There are great public transport links plus discounted parking.
You will be working anytime between 7am to 7pm working, 35 hours per week. The pay rate is £10.31 per hour and the contract is initially for 6 months but could be extended.
You must be able to pass our clients pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
