Service Desk Representative
Do you have an interest in IT? Would you like to join our Client at the forefront of digital transformation? Manpower are looking to hear from passionate individuals to provide 1st Line support to customers via telephone and email.
Working as part of a team you will log ticket's detailing the customers problem, assign it a priority level and then direct the ticket to the appropriate team. You will be expected to carry out various other duties as part of your role.
Whether you have undertaken a technology course or simply enjoy working with computers/networks in your free time, this could be your ideal role to join a fast-paced technological environment. Full training will be provided as well as on going support.
Progression into other more technical teams is encouraged and supported.

The office is open Monday to Sunday 7am - 10pm and candidates should be fully flexible to cover the various shift patterns between these hours and earn a salary of up to £18, 286.
