Manpower are recruiting for an IT Support Advisor to work on a full time 6 month contract. The working hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday Shift work covering 08.00 - 17.00

IT have a full time opportunity working in the IT Service Desk Service, providing IT support primarily to students. You will contribute to the delivery of day to day IT Service Desk Services that are clear, accountable and responsive to customer needs and deliver high quality support services to defined service delivery standards.

You should possess excellent communication, team working and IT skills including a working knowledge of MS Office applications. Experience of working in a customer-facing environment is desirable. You will be based on the University of Leeds campus.
