Regional Sales Manager
Manpower are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work for an Automotive company specialising in commercial vehicles, offering high levels of service and expertise. Our modern state of the art workshops are manned by a team of experienced technicians offering a range of repair and maintenance services.
As Regional Sales Manager you will be required to manage the retail truck and van sales business, incorporating all the company's products and services to achieve optimal utilisation of the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department in accordance with the company management goals.
- Plan, organise, direct, coach and motivate the Sales Team
- Agreed sales targets for all locations are monitored with everyone involved on a regular reviewed basis
- Agreed profitability targets are monitored, reviewed and delivered
- Working with Finance and direct customer/ client focused
You must be Flexible, self-motivated and be able to work under their own initiative, as well as being able to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. This is a field based role and you will be expected to drive to multiple locations (Company Car Provided)
Previous experience in the automotive industry and sales is a must, experience of working within light or heavy commercial vehicle industry.
Ability to use all appropriate modules of the Dealer Management System (Kerridge/Autoline), particularly Point of sale, Workshop Loading and Purchase Control.
