CNC Miller

Manpower are looking for a CNC Miller, Setter - Operator to work for a precision engineering company which manufactures components to the highest levels of specification. The company has been establish over 100 years and has over 20 CNC machines on site. The Company based near Leeds uses the latest CNC technology and has a policy of continuous investment in technology and our work force.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Experience of using and programming manual CMM standard measuring equipment
• Experience of using engineering drawings for inspection purposes
• Possess a hands-on, can-do, practical approach
• Knowledge of Process FMEA / IMDS & SPC Techniques
• Knowledge of PPAP / relevant inspection techniques
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar quality inspection role
• Knowledge of 8D & 5 why problem-solving techniques (Root cause analysis)
• Experience of dealing with pressed, machined, milled and cast parts

Salary on offer is upto £28,000

working hours are

8am - 5pm Mon to Thurs

8am - 1pm Friday (with overtime available)

20 days holiday with 8 bank holidays
