Senior Customer Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our clients team based here in Thame. We offer an excellent package including a salary of up to £23,000 dependant on experience.

Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days Monday-Sunday on a rota basis between the hours of 10:30-22:00 working 3 out of 4 weekends.

As the Senior Advisor you will support the Team Manager in the day to day running of the campaign, this will include taking responsibility for reporting and other duties outlined by the Team Manager. You will ensure that Service Level Agreements are communicated to the team and ensure that they are met, highlighting any on-going issues and proactively suggesting changes. Leading by example making 50% of all outbound calls. You will become a product expert allowing you to assist the Sales and Quality coach with training and coaching where required and proactively manage the day to day running of the team and motivating them all to perform to the best of their ability.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have experience in people development, mentoring and coaching
  • Have experience with managing/coaching a team
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Are computer literate with a basic knowledge of 'office applications'
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Are passionate about developing teams to achieve the best results possible

Essential skills:

  • Using your expertise, you will assist your customers with any queries
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
  • Assisting with the development and training of the team
