About the role:

You'll be joining our expanding Customer Service team responsible for the end to end portfolio management of E.ON's corporate customers including the production of timely and accurate invoices, proactive management of client accounts, customer enquiries and management of payment on account through use of your credit management skills for Half Hourly, Non Half Hourly, Smart, Daily Metered Gas and Gas accounts. Managing the reduction of disputed debt to minimise business risk through query resolution. You will also look to Create and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, to include those in your portfolio of 3rd parties and Consultants.

You'll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent E.ON employee at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:

  • The pay will be £12.06ph.
  • You'll start with 28 days pro-rata annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days pro-rata (including bank holidays).

About you:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

Our contact centre is open from 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Friday, you will be expected to be flexible to work during these times.
