Compliance Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen within an international company, as a Compliance Team Leader.

The roles many responsibilities will involve ensuring full compliance and also the completion of background checks to specified client requirements, prior to the issuing of a certificate of compliance. The ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring successful external and internal audit results based on both client and company specific SLAs requirements.

They would also need to provide exceptional client relationship and account management, including quality and service reviews for all clients and also to act as the point of escalation for all quality, service, process and relationships enquiries.

In summary, they work across all Support Services functions ensuring a cross functional team, developing an understanding of all Support Services processes to actively participate in overall team utilisation, maximising per head productivity through effective demand planning, forecasting and resource allocation to minimise overall unit cost.

This role's main function is to act as an ambassador and actively participate in the continued evolution of the organisation's compliance team.
